There is no easy way to know until the day of the race because the drivers are not required to pre-register. Here's the qualifying results for the 2006 Chargin' Charlie Ryan Memorial race. This will show you who came last year and how many:

6 5 Craig Everage 12.969
7 29 Tom Fedewa 12.972
8 7 Jon McNett 12.977
9 25. Doug Finley 13.002
10 25 Jim Gallagher 13.069

This weekend is one time i see the real problem with short tracks now days.
the ryan memorial is one of the biggest races of the year for the supers at spartan......so the logical thing to do for all the other tracks????>>>>??????
dixie running a 100 lapper and angola having a 5000.00 to win. why cant the tracks get together and schedule these things on different weekends for the betterment of the short tracks in general. |

| No conflict with Angola as that is on Saturday night. The supers that race at Dixie normally don't race at Spartan anyways. Some tracks may schedule against other tracks on purpose, but most of the time it is unintentional. But you are right, it would be nice if the tracks could get together to get the rules uniform and may have an off night when another track is having a big show. About the only way to have no conflicts is to schule a mid-week show such as the Kalamazo Klash which is on a Wednesday. But then you are taking a chance of having no one in the stands because of working late and having to work the next day. |

| How about a $3000.00 to to win super late show, short track trucks, and street stockslugfest show on a sunday at Spartan. I think that would be a great show.Only make sure you open up the rules alttle to get more of the traveling supers in here.I think that spartan needs to have a few more big shows to get the cars back and new cars and fans in. |
