RAIN DELAYS SPARTAN FINALE TO THIS FRIDAY

After Ron Fizzell edged Matt Vannier in the 20 lap feature and Dane Long won the Figure 8 Bus main over Chris Taylor and Chance Rice, heavy rains came to Spartan Speedway in Mason, Michigan and forced the postponement of the remainder of the races until this Friday night at 7:30 pm.

Pony and Spartan Stock features, powder puffs, flag pole and skid plate races will be contested on the ¼ mile paved oval. The “Night of Destruction” will be capped off by a Trailer Figure 8 event.

Will skid plates run between flag pole and trailer races to give us time to change out tires if needed? For example, I want to run flag pole and trailer race. Have spare tires but only one set of rims.
