Looking to rent an insulated garage/building. I am new to the Grass Lake area and need some space to work on race cars, boats, etc with enough lot size to wheel an open bed trailer in the yard. For personal use, not a business. Approximate sq ft needed is 1000ish. Monthly rent depends on utilities, sq ft, access, location, etc.

I'm not expecting to see much for Grass Lake in general, I've only heard one name mentioned at Spartan from the Grass Lake area. Stockbridge, Napoleon, Munith, Mich Center, etc might work out. Thanks.
