Is it just me having trouble logging in? Everytime i come back to the site i have to TRY logging in about 5 x's before it will actually take. Is it just me? Does anyone else have that problem? _________________ ~~~~Steve "Big Daddy" Orta~~~~

No it is not just you,
I have tried everything that Jim suggested before and it still does not work like it did a few months ago. In my opinion this site is a pain to navagate and not user friendly to me, almost to the point of not even messing with.
Sometimes I get tired of trying and just go to MSTRC to read and chat on the other racing sites. I am not going to keep asking to have this fixed. After 3 or 4 times I personally feel that it just is not worth it.

I can probably tell you guys where the problem lies. Since you are having problems, this indicates that you are using Windows for an operating system, and Microsoft's Internet Explorer for a web browser.
The problem has to do with how "cookies" are handled by the web browser. The problem will remain until you do exactly what I say. Do not deviate.
First, make sure you are logged off the board.
From the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options". In the box that pops up, under the "General" tab, click on the button that says "Delete Cookies".
It's OK to delete all cookies.
Now, go to either spartanspeedway.com or springportmotorspeedway.com. Choose one or the other to do all your message board accessing from. Log into the message board and from here on you should have no problems. Having the "www" at the start of the URL can also create a different cookie for the message board and may cause problems. The "www" is not needed at all. The web site and the message board will work just fine without it.
If you log in from both websites, you'll have problems once again.
When I was running the web site, I set up the link for the message board from the springportmotorspeedway.com site to go to spartanspeedway.com/forum/ so that nobody would experience this problem. This is obviously not the case now.
