Spartan Speedway is in search of a guru of charitable organizations. Please do not call with ideas of where to send donations, that is the easy part, even I can figure that one out.

What I am looking for is someone that has vast experience regarding different organizations, how they operate, what percentage of the donations actually are used for the purpose intended, what the CEO is paid, how much is kept locally, etc.
